These packages are created and personalized to work towards a specific desire, getting clear on that desire, and having the regular support to move through big emotions and blocks in a safe and loving container in order to receive your desire. My packages are great for having that longer term support to get to the root of what is going on and have time to then establish new neural pathways and that mind/body connection. 

 

10 week package for individuals & couples: 

$1800 payment plans available

This is a great intro to the work I do and to get that consistent support for long term growth and desires.

What it includes:

-10 weekly 75 minute zoom sessions (or in person when I have studio space)

Each session builds upon each other and is curated to your needs while also supporting what is presently alive for you each week. 

-Weekly email or signal check in and accountability to see how the practices are going and support you with anything that has arisen since your session

-one or two weekly home practices given to integrate the in session work. I work with a variety of tools such as Gestalt, Breathwork, Parts work, Tantric practices, and different trauma healing tools. I combine this with my intuition and personal lived experiences.

 

I also work with a variety of pleasure practices to teach new ways of working with or relating to sexual energy and desires depending on what you are looking for support around. This can include using different pleasure techniques for nervous system regulation and healing as well as orgasmic reclamation and expansion.

 

6 months WILD HEARTS package: 

$6600 with monthly payment plan options.

This is a deep dive into everything I offer and long term daily support. I love this package deeply because there is so much time to sink in, relax, and receive that long-term support and let go of pressure. This slow long term support offers my clients more nervous system relaxation and grounded growth. The package alone helps rewrite stories that leave you feeling rushed in your healing or feeling scarcity. These tools will support you for a lifetime.

 

-3, 75 minute sessions a month 

-one week off for integration each month while still receiving message/voice memo support 5 days a week during that week. 

-Daily email/Signal support for accountability & anything that comes up. You get voice memos or text messages and I will answer back within 24 hours Mon-Friday 9-5 pst each day as much as you need or want, this allows for deeper support when things arise between sessions and when the mental and emotional patterns (inner critic for example, grief, old hurt etc) would greatly benefit from extra love and support and a safe presence to move through them. 

-Weekly home practices that can be given verbally or audio recorded practices personalized based on what you are working on each week 

 

 

Each package will be curated to what you are desiring and needing. Within all the practices and frameworks I work with there is always added intuitive guidance and working with what is alive for you. For example, if one week you have had an experience that needs love and attention we will be with that and the next week you haven't had anything come up we will continue on the next step of working towards your bigger goals and desires. 

 

First and foremost I always start on getting clear on your deepest desire. So often I see people doing the hard work without ever knowing what they want and why they are doing the hard work. There can be an avoidance around the "good stuff" or shame around having your desires. Having an intimate connection to your desire, first awakens your truth, and second allows you to have your own personal “North Star” when doing this work. Something you can always turn to.
